Every crew's week, on one map.
LawnChart for shops with five crews and up.
Six crews, five days, a few hundred yards. The office sees all of it on one map: who is where, what is done, what is next and what the rain still owes. The crews see their day and nothing else.
One flat price for the shop. No per-seat charges. No contract.
Early access opens spring 2027. Any shop size can sign up.
Six crews, five days, one map.
Part of early access: each crew's route is drawn over the yards on their parcels, day by day across the week. Move a yard between crews or days by dragging it. The map updates; the crew's day updates.
- A route per crew per day
- Each crew's stops numbered on the map in drive order. Open a stop for the plan, the notes and the gate code.
- Done, next, owed, by crew
- Status on the map, not in a report. One look says where each crew stands at 10 a.m.
- Balance the week
- Too much on Crew 3's Thursday? Drag two yards to Crew 5. The route redraws.
Rain moves dozens of yards at once.
Part of early access: when Tuesday rains out across the whole territory, every visit that did not run goes to the owed list in one move. Nothing has to be rebuilt by hand, and nothing is forgotten.
- One owed list for the shop
- Every yard the rain took, with its crew and its plan. Pull them onto Wednesday and Thursday as the ground dries.
- Plans keep making visits
- Weekly, biweekly, seasonal. Change a plan on a property and its visits change for every crew that touches it.
- Pins and skips survive the shuffle
- The customer you promised first on Friday stays first. The one who is away stays skipped.

Part of early access: lawn area, bed area and edging length come off the parcel and the aerial, by the same method for every estimator. Quotes match across the office, and the crews load the trailer from the same numbers.
- No estimator's guess
- The parcel boundary comes from the county's records for most US counties. The lawn is traced on it, not paced off.
- Quotes that match each other
- Rates per thousand square feet, per yard, per foot, applied to measured numbers. Two estimators, one answer.
- Visits sized from the quote
- The schedule knows how long each yard takes and how much mulch goes on the truck, from the same measurement that priced it.
The office sees the shop. The crew sees the day.
Roles decide what each person sees. The office runs the schedule, the quotes and the money. A crew lead opens the app and gets today's stops and nothing to scroll past.
- Office and crew roles
- Owner, office and crew, each with their own screens. Add a crew in a minute.
- Crew screens in Spanish
- Part of early access: each crew member picks their own language. The office keeps working in English; the crew sees the day in Spanish, with the same stops and notes.
- Check in, check out
- Part of early access: one tap at the yard on arrival, one on leaving. Time on site goes back into the quotes.
Customers get a page with your brand.
One page per customer with your logo, your colors and your phone number, opened from the link you send. Quotes to sign, invoices to pay, the yards and the work on each.
- Sign in with email or phone
- Part of early access: a code to their email or phone, no password to forget, for a few hundred customers at once.
- Pay the bill, sign the quote
- Open invoices with a pay button, by card or bank. Quotes with your terms, signed from a phone.
- A website too
- A hosted site at yourbusiness.lawnchart.com, or point your own domain at it. Requests land in your customer list with the parcel already on the map.
Books with the bookkeeper. Setup in a week.
Your bookkeeper keeps working in QuickBooks Online, and the shop is running on LawnChart in the first week, not after a season of onboarding calls.
- QuickBooks Online sync
- Part of early access: customers, invoices and payments go to QuickBooks Online. Nothing is keyed in twice.
- Customers imported free
- Part of early access: we load your customers and properties from a spreadsheet or your old app in the first week, at no charge.
- One flat price for the shop
- No per-seat charges, so adding a crew costs nothing extra. Month to month. You see the price before you commit; pricing is not final and early-access shops hear it first.
Get early access.
LawnChart opens to a small number of shops first, in spring 2027. Tell us who you are and how many crews you run, and we will write when your spot comes up.
Joining the list commits you to nothing. Early access starts with a trial, then month to month with no contract.
