LawnChart

Quote from the desk. Run the week from the truck.

LawnChart for shops you run yourself or with a crew or two.

You are the estimator, the scheduler, the crew lead and the billing department. LawnChart takes the desk work off the evenings: the quote, the week, the invoices and the chasing.

One flat price for the shop. No contract. Start with a trial.

Early access opens spring 2027. Any shop size can sign up.

A yard measured on its parcel Plan view of one parcel with the house, the driveway, the lawn hatched, two planting beds and the edging line. Labels read lawn 7,180 square feet, beds 420 square feet, edging 236 feet, and a dimension line reads 96 feet. Orchard Pl House 96 ft Lawn 7,180 sq ft Beds 420 sq ft Edging 236 ft Parcel: county record
Drawing. Screens come from the app once the first shops are on it.

Quote without driving out.

Type the address. The parcel boundary is there from the county's records for most US counties. Trace the lawn, the beds and the edge from the desk, and send the quote the same evening.

Three numbers
Part of early access: lawn area, bed area and edging length measured on the parcel and the aerial. No wheel, no second trip across town for a yard that was never going to close.
Your rates do the math
Part of early access: set a rate per thousand square feet of turf, per yard of mulch, per foot of edge. The measurements turn into line items.
Sent and signed from a phone
The quote goes out with your name and your terms on it. The customer reads it, asks a question and signs it from their phone.

Rain doesn't wreck the week.

Tuesday rains out. The yards you could not run move to the owed list and stay there until you run them. Nothing falls off, nothing has to be rebuilt by hand on Wednesday night.

The plan makes the visits
Part of early access: say weekly mow once and the visits show up for the season. Change the plan and the visits change.
Owed, not lost
Part of early access: a visit you could not run sits on the owed list. Drag it onto a day when the ground dries.
Move things
Part of early access: drag a yard to another day, skip a week while the customer is away, pin the one you promised first on Friday.

Get paid without chasing.

Invoices go out from the visits that were run. Each one has a pay link, and the reminders go out without you writing them.

Invoices with reminders
Monthly for plan customers, or the week's one-off jobs batched on Friday. Reminders go out on the schedule you set.
Pay from a link
Customers pay online by card or bank from the link in the text or the email. No check in the mailbox three weeks later.
Who owes you
One list of what is open and what is overdue, so you know before you call.

A customer page with your name on it.

Every customer gets a page with your logo, your colors and your phone number, opened from the link you send. Their quotes, invoices and yards are on it, so they stop calling to ask.

Quotes and invoices in one place
Open invoices with a pay button, quotes to sign, and the work done or coming up on each yard.
No app to install
It opens from the link. Part of early access: customers sign in with their email or phone number and a code, no password.
A website too, if you want one
A hosted site at yourbusiness.lawnchart.com with your services and a request form that lands in your customer list.

One flat price. No contract. Start with a trial.

Everything a small shop needs to run the week and get paid. Nothing you would hire an office manager to run.

Month to month
Leave when you want and take your data with you.
One price for the shop
No per-seat charges. You see the price before you commit. Pricing is not final; early-access shops hear it first.
Your customers, imported
Part of early access: we load your customers from a spreadsheet or your old app, free, in the first week.
